From giving excellent advice when he came to give the quote, to coordinating the various trades, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The finish is superb and there was minimum disruption, despite my husband and I working from home. Days after he came out to give bathroom quote, our ancient boiler developed a fault leaving us with no heating. Richard came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix it, at a very reasonable charge.
